We have several purebred registered African Pygmy goats. They were brought in from a show home in Northern California. Jujubaby has placed 2nd and 3rd in a few pygmy goat shows in California. Marilyn (pictured above with Buckaroo) was not a show goat due to being a mommy goat most of the time!
We also have a number of purebred, unregistered pygmy does imported from California. These does come in a rainbow of rare colors ranging from creamy white (very rare) to caramel, to dark chocolate!
The pygmy goat is small and compact with a distinct appearance unique to the strain. Adult pygmies measure between 16 and 23 inches at the withers. Pygmy goats differ from dwarf goats in that they are what is called “cobby”, thick bodied heavy bone and short legs, as opposed to dwarf goats, which are proportioned similar to a regular dairy goat. Pygmies are not normally used for milking. Colors of pygmies range from solid black to creamy white, the most common being gray agouti which is produced by the mingling of black and white hairs.
We are members of the National Pygmy Goat Association.
If you currently own a pygmy or dwarf goat and would like to breed to one of our bucks, we will glady board your goat for a few weeks to get her pregnant. Fee for breeding is $80.

This is Jujubaby. Her favorite treats are dried ramen and Doritos!

Pygmy kids are adorable! Prices range from $150 for a part pygmy wether, to $300 for purebred unregistered, and $400 for purebred registered. We usually have a waiting list for kids - or contact us to see what is available.
